    Why not everyone else is doing it .
    Quite in vogue at the moment .
    offer the existing share holders absolutely nothing and then dilute there shares .
    But don’t forget to give the big side of town a discount so that they can give us a good shafting and then we have to sit and wait probably until the next CR.
