IMO…they need to finalise the 30 million debt facility as soon as possible and they can use that money for running capital as well because now they have 6-12 months to pay that full amount to the Vendors with less interest rates . In that way they can stop diluting the shareholders value but I am not sure this fund raising announcement has to do anything with that…. GLTH
