Who the hell knows what to think at this point. But the OTC market is like the oppie market … it can be incredibly thin on the buy side so selling a moderate interest can collapse the price.

I do find one thing weird from a management point of view, they want shareholders to vote on them getting performance shares at the next general meeting ….. we were all upset about this before the trading halt as really there was nothing set in stone for them to deserve them …. maybe they knew something we didn’t and that was the clue?

In a fe hours we will find out if they really do deserve those performance shares or not.
