if you look at the wording of the first trading halt that eventually turned into a MOU it stated “announcement regarding offtake arrangements” …. the key word being arrangements.
The current trading halt states “announcement regarding a long-term offtake agreement” …. the key words here being long term and agreement.
Either management is taking the piss or at worse it’s a binding off take agreement with caveats in place.
