I'd rather they get enough to get them to cash flow positive. Doesn't matter whet we think though. They will do what they do. Relative latecomer to OSX of course. Leaving the capital raise so late in the day a bit shoddy by management don't you think?
Perhaps they were trying to negotiate a private placement. I hope so, or its slack governance taking a company that close.
