i cant imagine it a good thing. question would be how bad.

there is a logic says that as an amendment it should only be some sort of a fraction of 2018 numbers. should also therefore be an even smaller fraction of the overall RAN proposition should someone be considering buying into it, including as potential debt as RAN has flagged.... in fact makes me wonder if indeed this has arisen from potential fin DD in preparation for such a raise?
