    Kind of feels like "management overboard" and all are swimming for the buoy or lifeboat!
    TBH, i'm not really sure how KWR were going to progress their projects.
    I'm not even sure how much of the 60/40 profit will actually be with their JV.

    I guess it still has to pass the independent evaluation assessment and there are many months to pass before we merge ... a lot could happen between now and then.
