The way I see it is if they knew it was a duster already. It legally has to be announced a duster.
You cant just halt for almost a week to just say its a duster.
Dogshit companies like 88e announce a duster nice and early, because they know its a duster and cant go on holding that information.

Ivz on the other hand has 2 options here IMO
1) Haven't completed analysing results whether good or bad
2) Have a discovery and are currently figuring out depths of columns etc.
