SM may opt to be at the ceremony with the president.
A Halt to coincide with Public holidays is buying time.
Secondly the PR team need time to inform oil/gas Instutions of the pending results ( I know some of you would be tempted to giveaway at 0.60 region before the Instutions complete due diligence in the next few months).
