    If they had a gas chromatograph on site to test the mud gas hydrocarbon composition, then they could definitely test any recovered hydrocarbon liquids onsite for hydrocarbon composition (approximately a 6hr analysis run time identifying C5-C40 hydrocarbons via Simulated Distillation). Nothing better than an accredited 3rd party analysis report from Aberdeen though, impossible to dispute.
