Quick Brain team hustle: HOW DO WE MAKE THE MOST OF THE $ WE GOT TO SPEND ON IVZ?

Theoretically, can we put an order to buy / sell more and it will execute in as soon as the Halt comes off

so e.g. Monday morning I put an order to for 10,000 IVZ at .31
Tuesday the halt comes off - it will either go up or down - but based timing would make the order prior to sig share movements?
Holding more shares prior to major share price change;
What order would we put in? A market order?....

OR
do we wait for the price release? then buy /sell?
