A speeding ticket is always accompanied by the ASX ticket and details which amongst such are1. A time frame to reply usually 24 hours.
2. Contacting ASX to advise of TH request if time frame can not be met.
3. The obvious one if they are aware of any reason they must advise.
Quiet the norm is a speeding ticket is answered quickly with an unwavering NO the company is not aware and perhaps a general assumption of perhaps why - a trading halt is not required.
Therefore as we have ourselves observed re volumes and SP increase - not just today's 25% - it would be fair to assume something very positive to be released or the ASX request would have just been replied by the usual generic company reply - not a TH. Just my take but I am surprised the company has not posted the ASX request
