Hmm a placement, let me guess at a favourable conditions to several shareholders ....
AV1 on face value looks exciting but I think in reality I am losing interest as I think they have missed the market go back in hisotry and look at the words versus the delivery, has taken too long to get to the growth position. Now the key shareholders are just squeezing other small holders out with deals that I am sure bias them.
Also I am also a bit questioning of a placement or a raise to a selected group after the management and directors know the results of a trading period (1st Half in this case) and have not released it !
Just my 2cents being unhappy with this one and what feels like minority shareholders being given second fiddle ....
Now I have said all this before seeing the conditions of the placement,,,, so happy to take it back, but I doubt I will need too.
