Out of interest, is the Aus based director who sold in December responsibile for ensuring things like this doesn't happen?
Well and good to play the Xmas card but if it's a internal Aus based team member who dropped the ball, and might not be responsible for much else, it's pretty poor. Question whether they should remain in the position if that's the case. Hopefully it's run through contractors and they will be on the line for any cost incurred, not to mention reputation cost.
