In the announcement, point 2, the lodgement to the court was today and noted that the earlier of trading on 31 January (Tuesday) or application being heard on 13 February in court. That seems to me trading can recommence with asx confirmation at the earliest next Tuesday?
Am I missing something as I am unfamiliar with this?
