Request for Trading Halt
Lanthanein Resources Limited (Company) hereby requests a trading halt in the Company’s securities in accordance with ASX Listing Rule 17.1 pending an announcement in relation to a material capital raise.
The trading halt is requested until the earlier of the release of the announcement or prior to the commencement of trading on Wednesday, 1 February 2023. The Company is not aware of any reason why the trading halt should not be granted. The Company is not aware of any other information that is necessary to inform the market about the trading halt. This trading halt request has been authorised for release by the Board.
