LNR don't have any assets / JORC to buy into yet, and HAS have a 20 yr LOM,.... why would they want to buy a few drill results?
The nearology thing has been and gone, the market has gotten tougher and you need some serious $$$$ to drill out.

And by your own reckoning this CR is your best chance to get any sort of SCALE.
LNR need to do a LOT of drilling and get some good intercepts.
CR's are not always bad.... it's what they do with it that counts.
Watch what happens to DRE SP over next few weeks... it will go up.
That's what good management do.... they deliver.
LNR management need to get good results from next drill campaign.
Don't get me wrong GD, I do have a buy sentiment here.... and I have a bid in place.
