That's probably the reason why it was oversubscribed - because of the discount and attached options. Most CR's at are at a pretty hefty discount to last volume trading prices over 7 & 30 days. The options are a bonus carrot, but only have value if shares climb back up to .04, which is 400% above the CR price. I'd be happy if we got back up to .04!
