The deal with Alpha, would be for the purchase of the extra hardware, once customers are signed on, I would of guessed.

Know what caught my eye and 1 needs to read between the lines and through the lines and that is the quarterly, which was just released.
I probably will be wrong in saying this, that this raise, might be used for a acquisition or merger, of some sort.
Time will tell tomorrow.
