All retail holders had the opp to buy sub 5c when it was there (as I did). If the price dips to 5c again post raise, retail holders will also have the opp to buy again. Also you’ll get your stock immediately so there are def benefits to waiting on market.
Keep in mind, the reason they don’t go to retail for each raise is the time and cost associated with it. They would have to run a full prospectus which is a pain to do. This is fast and cost effective so you can’t blame companies for taking the path of least resistance.
