Unfortunately, this says a lot about management's view of their LDA Capital scheme - they don't even want to tap it for funding themselves, but would prefer another dilutionary capital raise, and at a steep discount. There was a poster call Daz08 who called it out at the time as 'death spiral financing' and I remember an extraordinary pile-on from the bulls. I think he's been fairly vindicated.
