I held CIA from 98 cents since 2017, it didn't do cap raises, it got funding from Canadian govt, Glencore & Sojitz etc... Mine already existed, just needed a brilliant visionary like O'Keefe to come along and bring it back to life from the bottom of the market.
If HIO had anything remotely like CIA's management, I would have at least some confidence in this project's future!
