thanks for that, answered a question i had about where the flow-through shares were flowing through to. Canaccord is facilitating their re-sale alongside the other raise they are holding for sophs. That means $35.2M worth at $2 is up for grabs in Canaccord's sale, the whole 17.6M shares, not just the insto placement.
Worth noting this for the development of the share registry.
