That is correct - why choose that jurisdiction when North America is on the cusp now for a green revolution and at the heart of the critical mineral supply chain overhaul - post covid they understand how important it is not to be reliant on China for their supply chain security.
Sitting pretty here in Canada, Tier 1 jurisdiction and we are in Lithium elephant country as PMT has shown the way - and we have people raving about some project third rate jurisdiction. Well even people invested in Congo so maybe Brazil isn't half bad
