What is pertinent, is the path of least resistance to developer, that protects the registry.

RULE 1. You need to first be capable of jumping all hurdles, clear all road blocks, smash anything out of your way on the train tracks. You need to be capable of delivering a mine. Nothing else matters. Size is irrelevant.

RULE 2. You need to have a capital strategy during both the exploration, and development runways that restricts the shares on issue. In our case, CFTF and tax rebates in exploration phase, and a low capex starter cash cow cancet DSO operation , that feeds into the organic growth of a DMS 6% spod plant that can process the Cancet and Adina resources. Or fund two of same.

You need to be able to first start a camp fire with dry wood, and then you want a limited number of seats at the camp fire, to exact the maximum price for those seats.

What journey does that place on the sp ?
