Indeed, 1,1b is fine and in the ballpark of what I had anticipated but it's actually 730m + 58m + 101m + 227m + 227m = 1.343b
or even worse if they take 5m in oversubscription 1.43b
Maybe some of those strikes won't hit but thats a different problem all together at that point.
