being privy to the bond issue investor presentation, and knowing:

* this CR was coming
* how much they are looking to raise in this CR
* the conditions/reasons for this CR
* the total amount of finance they are looking to raise
* exactly how the finance will be used
* the coupon rate
* etc etc

…personally I don’t need your sympathy as I know exactly what I am getting myself into.

I will be participating in this CR, as this will be the last chance to get cheap shares before finance is completed, FID is made, and the post FID to production re-rate period has commenced.

Anyway, I’m presuming the reason you and the other naysayers aren’t privy to the bond issue details is because the entry price is well above your pay grade…???
