    Maybe a stupid question.

    But if you believe CYM is going to be successful wouldn't buying shares make more sense since it would likely see much higher returns then 10-12% per annum?

    I am guessing these bond buyers would get some sort of safety net where they get at least some of the money back if things go wrong (this is mining after all)?

    If CYM does fail to build a profitable mine wouldn't holding this type of bond be nearly as risky as holding the stock? But with limited upside?

    Sorry just asking since I don't quite understand the benefit of buying this type of bond. But I know little about this type of financing so would love to know more.
