Be interesting to see what he sells 15% or it for (I’m assuming we will raising about $50m)
Its not impossible that they have found someone that wants a large chunk and sees it as a good deal to get at close to market, however I’d say the odds are it will be around12% discount to the last two weeks trading
i certainly hope it does NOT include a retail component, as that will take at least 7 weeks (more likely 9) and stop all momentum for very little benefit
