A question in regards to dilution, would the company not be dearer to buy out as it continues to issue further shares?, say at the current 14 mil shares on issue @ 72 per share = approx one billion MC. (Sp at that amount to give round MC figure).
Further, potential dilution, could see possibly another 3.5 million shares issued which would add the cost of that amount times $75 per share.
Is there someone here qualified to answer that question?, cheers.
