Thanks guys, John, the 17.5 mill figure took into account further dilution, the current MC at 14 mill times 72 was where I got that figure.
Say, conservatively, it will be another two years before a buy out, which should see a funding requirement of 80 mill plus. In a ideal World minimal dilution will need to be married up with a appreciating sp, hopefully this is a reasonable expectancy.
Again, ideally, best case scenario as Suzuki has suggested, a buy out sooner than later.
