You believe that story of the contractor rocking up with the wrong equipment and so that gave the company the idea to halt for 12+ months in order to "get things right" which meant further dilution and risk?
Obviously a company as Chas poor as WWI, you would think if that story were true, they would have told the contractor to go home and get the right shovel and come back and continue???
