The most likely sophs who took up positions again is Wingfield etc. So this is backing in or backing up long term investors for gains on positive news.

If the $1m SPP at 1.4 cents has a long closing date it's possible they announce the rest of the USD $20m as debt finance and the price doubles etc on uranium and Indaba etcetera later in Feb.

It was a Jac's decision to halt trial mining due to machine availability yes 12 months pause but they've used it to reduce costs we weren't seeing the costs of Trial mining so it's hard to judge whether it was a good call or not.
