Last CR 50M shares went to sophiticates, and 20M shares went to directors and family members.
They all got a free 6cent options (which became UNTO).
The controversial issue was that the 20M needed share holder approval, while waiting for that meeting after the 50M went online, the SP tanked. The 20M were then withdrawn, and HC exploded. They later reinstated it, went to the vote, and the directors and family members got their 3c shares when the SP was in the 2.5 range (from memory).
