I think you are right about the new website doing nothing to boost the SP.

Very disappointing to see a CR as soon as the SP gained traction. Who needs blockers and downrampers when you know Unith management will offload millions of shares at huge discount, and top it off with 1:1 giveaway options.

Why couldn't management plan this better instead of just being opportunistic at the shareholders expense.

AND, why don't they answer my email about having a meeting regarding a possible talking head on our eCommerce platform. Contacted then twice with no response, still. Maybe they don't need any work because they are all making a lot of money through CR's.

IMO, the capital raising offer is needed, but very poorly orchestrated and someone should be kicked in the shins for it.
