This is now my understanding
- Underwritten
- Available to all holders
- New CEO (mentioned above)
- Deep discount
So,
- its not oversubscribed (how can it be when its being offered to all holders & those holders have not yet had the chance to put up their hands?)
- Huge dilution (agree with comments above about a future consolidation)
- No encouraging news yet to entice SH to participate - lets hope the company makes further announcements before closing
- A brave underwriter has been found
- The company is not going bust until this CR is all spent
So nothing is different from the last 10 CR's - raise, spend, repeat
