sure wouldPhil is now "just" a director (& major shareholder) They havent had a CEO in the true sense for some time
Also, I think if you go back in time you may find that Phil (& Frank) were major holders of Red Dragon the vendor of all the tenements (see the ASZ release dated 15 October 2015). Also involved was Chin Nominees - I think associated with one of the Top 10 shareholders in (then) THX - So Phil was a bit more than "some sort of connection with the people concerned" - he was the "people concerned"!!
