I think the investors of BUY got spooked by the news of NSW Government legislation planned by LNP Govt ( if they return to power which is unlikely anyways ).

Read through in detail and it is about NSW limits only they can legislate which is 3KM from the shoreline. This was discussed in this forum before as they proposed this a while back as well and just resurfaced on yesterday’s court ruling quashing the ScoMo veto. Anything over 3KM is Commonwealth waters and the states have no authority of it. What can they legislate on something they dont have any rights ?

All this can do is spook investment in NSW and gains for other friendly states. I can say they lost my vote. Last time in the Federal elections, they lost my vote because of ScoMo and again this time in the state elections if they are only concerned about the elite that lives in the shorelines in the multi-million dollar climate controlled mansions, fuel-guzzling cars and then talk about environment ? People in the struggle street are not able to pay bills, mortgages and cant afford energy and losing homes due to the interest rates and they don’t look too concerned about it.
