Trading Halt
Province Resources Limited (“the Company”) requests that a trading halt be granted by ASX with respect to its ordinary
shares.
In accordance with Listing Rule 17.1:
(a) The Company requests a trading halt pending an announcement regarding a material update in relation
to the Binding Term Sheet entered into with Total Eren Australia Pty Ltd.
(b) The Company requests that the trading halt remains in place until the earlier of the Company releasing
the announcement referred to in paragraph (a) or the commencement of trading on Tuesday 21 February
2023.
(c) The event which will end the trading halt is the announcement referred to in paragraph (b).
(d) The Company is not aware of any reason why the trading halt should not be granted or of any other
information necessary to inform the market about the trading halt.
