Yes, PRL announced they had entered into a Binding Term Sheet with TE on 22/08/22. This Binding Term Sheet was due to terminate on the earlier of the execution of the SHA (which hasn't happened) or 6 months after entering the Binding Term Sheet (I suppose being 22/02/23). We are coming up to the end of the 6 months, so I would assume they are extending this date. Just my thoughts anyway.
