    capital raises take some time to arrange so they probably did this in part as a contingency plan for possible further trouble with the FPP that looks like its not going to transpire thank goodness

    once thats resolved we should be rerated and i would expect the oppies to be in the money which will be a further boost to capital and hopefully no more raises required which willl be good for share price

    be interested to see where the money has come from
