A takeover would be devastating now… surely 80mil will see them through to being cashflow positive from quarter to quarter… my average is 19cents, thankfully I don’t have many, I would buy more 13.5cents
However my concern now is that management has completely lost trust with retailers… why would they put out a very Rosie update just before a CR… management & sophisticated investors new this was coming, and insiders (sophisticated) sold into these Rosie updates to buy in at a cheaper price… and management empowered them to do so…
I would expect RED to be under 15cents for an extended period of time… that’s a lot of shares to churn through… as they move from quick buck weak hands to the stronger retail hands that are willing to wait out this uncertain time for RED 5
