did they spend all the cash since last CR? i am focus on the purpose of this new CR !!! are we going to take off the construction soon? or the management already knew thw results of hear ,this CR is for the futures business? need to find out more. but new Big play put the money it is not a bad news after all. it at least shows the company still attracts the attentions. plus the interest rate is so high, CR can save some interest. lol
