Mate I hope you do learn from this. Why screw the big players? These guys usually buy and hold to make money whereas the smaller buyers mostly profit take on small margins and volume which causes almost instant dilution. Imo cap raising like this is clean quick less costly and no where near as messy as dealing with the small holders. Now lets get on with the job.
