Cannabis remains illegal at a federal level in the USA. That means that businesses operating in the space within jurisdictions that have legalized it are fine, but as soon as they try to go national, they run into some major roadblocks from Uncle Sam.

If Safe banking passes in the US - it’s game on (it’s failed to pass 3 times) - pretty much the same with all Cannabis stocks involved in the US. Why? Because banks are not able - or willing to allow money to be transferred interstate - or risk being prosecuted at a federal level for dealing in the proceeds of crime.

MDC prob went too early with dual listing proposal but if it can survive it’s in the right place - as long as safe banking happens in the not too distant future.
