HC takes time to load the actual announcement document. I am not sure of the exact time but it is a fair amount of time after HC has posted the thread for the announcement. Many a times I have clicked on the HC notification to be told it wouldn’t be available for 10 or so minutes and then had to go to ASX or Commsec if I wanted to get it earlier.
