To fund the Acquired Assets and Acquired Options, Sheffield is undertaking a A$30.0 million Transaction comprising of:
▪ a Placement (Placement) of new Ordinary Shares (New Shares) to raise A$15.0m. The Placement is not underwritten.
▪ a Pro-Rata Entitlement Offer (Rights Issue) to raise an additional amount of A$15.0m at the Offer Price.
Placement open to instos/sophs only, not very clear who can participate in rights issue
