The question is why have we missed the payment ? … money shouldn’t be a problem and adhering to a royalty should be fairly straight forward. The letter even said this is the first time X64 done anything wrong yet they ban them almost immediately … seems odd actions to me, maybe there’s other problems or irregularities?
To not report the Half yearly on time seems stuff of a poor junior operator not one with near reportably $100m ?
Any chance X64 has found irregularities within the operations, the reporting and the selling of gold ?
