We have 10 to 15 times the cash needed available no less. And royalties are a fraction of revenue (assuming we sell the bloody stuff instead of choosing to keep a bunch of it in inventory like we did) so it should be payable without dipping into our reserves.

The tribes have received their money (advanced by PMC) and the issue appears to be between X64 and PMC. If we have made the royalties payment then there will be ample evidence. It's not like this sort of transaction is settled via a bag full of cash.

If we haven't made the payment then that is a near $5 million mistake (plus mine downtime) that someone has made and heads need to roll.

It's all quite fascinating, at least. I prefer boring and profitable but until they allow me to reallocate my capital, I may as well grab the popcorn.
