    On the upside we will be debt free. This environment must be pretty challenging to secure finance on acceptable terms (see Cyprium). We at least get a chance to participate in the SPP and have a heavy hitter on board which should give the market confidence in what we are doing. Not ideal, but much better than nothing and most likely the best deal we could get.
